2/15/06 Update: Because we will be holding an optional buffet dinner at the Broker Inn on April 8 between the workshops and the Ball, they have offered us a block of rooms for $69/night for the Waltz Weekend, which I imagine you can extend if you are staying longer. To get this reduced price, call 303-444-3330 and tell them you are a Waltz Weekend participant. (Their regular rates start at $89 and go up from there) And see below if you prefer to be housed by a local dancer.

If you are from out-of-town and would like to be hosted by a local dancer, please indicate this on your registration form. We will do our best to connect you with another dancer who can put you up in their Boulder home.
If you prefer to stay in commercial accomodations here are a few suggestions for hotels, B&Bs. (The accomodations listed are closer to the Avalon than some others, but Boulder is not huge as cities go, so any of the accomodations listed at this website are probably within 15-20 minute max drive from the Avalon) If you prefer to stay in commercial lodging and not rent a car, we can probably arrange local dancer carpools.

Chautauqua has recently been recommended to the Secretary of the Interior to become a designated National Historic Landmark.
