NARODNO (AND ITS VARIOUS INCARNATIONS)
REUNION POTLUCK BRUNCH

When: SATURDAY, JULY 31, 10AM-3PM (to precede Alex's main event.)

Where: JOHN AND LAVINIA YCAS have graciously offered to host us for a potluck, fun, reminiscing, and, who knows, maybe even some dancing! 221 Green Meadow Lane, Boulder Heights, 303-447-2377. 20 minutes above Boulder at 7000', with 2 decks & 2 patios, and lots of outdoor seating & shade; there is plenty of space inside should the weather fail to cooperate.

Families are definitely welcome; the Ycai have a fenced acre with a huge tree fort, room to roam, croquet, and frisbees. . . No dogs, please (they have cats!)

What to bring: Hot, warm, or cold dishes; breads; salads; munchies; desserts, etc. Lavinia and John will have tons of drinks of all sorts, condiments, fixings, implements, etc. They have 3 ovens, large fridge, several coolers, and lots of ice.

Memories: Bring photos, videos, music or other memorabilia you’d like to share.

How to get to the Ycas place from Boulder:

1a.) Take either Broadway north through Boulder to Lee Hill Rd. (at the Holiday Express.) OR
1b.) Take U.S.36 (28th St.) to Lee Hill Rd. (1 mile north of Jay Rd.)

2.) Turn left onto Lee Hill Rd. Go 4.5 miles from Broadway (slightly further if coming from U.S. 36.) until you come to Deer Trail. (Do not turn onto Wagon Wheel Gap, or continue onto Olde Stage Rd., the choices for which are shortly after you enter the canyon on Lee Hill Rd. There is a hairpin turn to the left at the junction with Olde Stage Rd.)

3.) Turn left on Deer Trail and almost immediately left again onto Green Meadow Lane. It's a dirt road about 200 ft. up from the intersection, at the top of a short hill, with a group of mailboxes, 2 of which are blue. Ycas house is the 5th place on the left (there are no driveways on the right), and the lane ends in a turnabout just past their drive. Please park only on the east (downhill) side of the road per mountain fire district request (to ensure emergency access).

Please RSVP to Marilyn if you think you’ll be attending the Reunion Brunch and indicate if you’d like a copy of the BioBook, so we can get a rough head count.
