If you are from out-of-town and would like to be hosted by a local dancer, please indicate this on your registration form. We will do our best to connect you with another dancer who can put you up in his/her Boulder home.

If you prefer to stay in commercial accomodations here are a few suggestions. If you prefer to stay in commercial lodging and not rent a car, we can probably arrange local dancer carpools.

We have arranged for a dance weekend discount rate of $79/night at the Broker Inn. To get the discount, reserve before Sept 20 by calling 303-444-3330 or 800-338-5407. Give the group code “dance7”. The Broker Inn is about 4 miles from the Avalon Ballroom.

Briar Rose Bed and Breakfast This cozy, English style country inn, located in the heart of the shopping district near the historic Goss-Grove neighborhood, has the honor of being Boulder's first bed and breakfast. The distinctive rooms feature individual designs, along with private baths, antique furniture, original art and fresh flowers. The Honeymoon and Anniversary rooms also have wood burning fireplaces. In Boulder, 2.6 miles directly west of the Avalon on Arapahoe Rd.

Cottages

Chautauqua, 900 Baseline Rd, Boulder - nestled at the base of the Boulder foothills these historic cottages/lodges have fully equipped kitchens and are surrounded by spacious park lands. Chautauqua has recently been recommended to the Secretary of the Interior to become a designated National Historic Landmark. These cottages book up well in advance, so may or may not be available for the weekend.
